Our Stables

Stable ’25

Microshares in four horses make up the stable for the 2025 tour participants.

Apocalyptic is now a G! winning filly having won the Flight Stakes, following on from victories in the Furious Stakes and Tea Rose Stakes.

Karasmatic was our first winner, albeit of a minor race.

Our Wootton Bassett colt, The Hound, could be our 2026 Golden Slipper runner/winner

Lightening Mann– we couldn’t resist having a runner at Royal Ascot so we bought into this guy. He finished down the track but is now in Australia under the stewardship of Ciaron Maher

Stable ’23

As part of the 2023 tour those who came with us became co-owners of a microshare in Just Fine.

The horse had been purchased in England having been the new King’s first winner, and is by Sea the Stars who we visited at the Aga Khan’s Gilltown Stud in Ireland. So it seemed to make sense. Little did we know at the time that on our return to Australia Just Fine was to win his first three starts including the G1 Metropolitan Handicap, in track record time to boot. He has since won the Bart Cummings and started in the 2024 Melbourne Cup.

So, woohoo, we were suddenly G1 winning owners, albeit of a microshare. Nevertheless the prizemoney has enabled us to ‘invest’ in shares in two more horses- Pyrois, a $1.2 million yearling making a return to the track after a long layoff and Kung Fu Kid. a $380,000 purchase.
